Clients must meet the applicable age, legal and regulatory requirements to open and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and whenever requested by Goza capital. We may conduct identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions and other compliance checks before or during your relationship with us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for protecting access to your account. You must immediately notify Goza capital if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation. Goza capital will never knowingly request your password, authentication codes or other confidential security credentials through unauthorised channels.
All investments and trading activities involve risk. The value of financial instruments can rise or fall, and you may lose part or all of your invested capital. Orders are subject to market availability, liquidity, trading hours, price movements, system availability and other market conditions. Goza capital cannot guarantee that an order will always be executed at a particular price or within a particular period.

Cryptocurrency services are subject to applicable regulatory requirements and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
Clients must not use Goza capital for unlawful activities, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorised access, cyberattacks or any other activity prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that prohibited activity has occurred or where required by law.
Goza capital maintains AML, KYC, sanctions-screening and financial-crime controls designed to protect the integrity of the platform. Clients agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests and provide accurate information and documentation when required.
Market prices, charts, news, research and other information provided through our platform may come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or subject to technical errors. Such information is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of accuracy or a substitute for independent financial research.
All content, branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics and other materials associated with Goza capital are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without appropriate authorisation.
Goza capital collects and processes personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and data-protection requirements. You may request closure of your account subject to completion of outstanding transactions, obligations, compliance requirements and applicable withdrawal procedures. Goza capital may suspend or terminate an account where required for legal, regulatory, security, compliance or risk-management reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Goza capital entity providing the relevant Services, subject to mandatory legal and regulatory requirements. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction, regulatory framework and dispute-resolution procedures.
By registering for, accessing or using Goza capital, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
